No, it’s not mandatory. However, we recommend making a reservation to ensure your table, especially on weekends. Make a reservation here.
Our regular opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM (last reservation at 3 PM) and 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM (last reservation at 9:30 PM).
Friday to Saturday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (last reservation at 3:30 PM) and 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM (last reservation at 10:30 PM)
On weekends, public holidays, and the eve of public holidays, we operate with two seatings. Available reservation times are 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM for lunch, and 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM for dinner.
Yes, you can call us at +34 96 321 86 86 to make a reservation. We answer calls for reservations from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Any changes to this schedule will be announced in the reservation section of our website.
For bookings of 8 or more diners on weekdays and 6 or more diners on weekends, as well as for all bookings on special days (Christmas, Fallas…) we work with a cancellation policy. You will be asked to enter your credit card information via an encrypted data system when confirming your reservation. The cancellation of the reservation does not entail any cost until 24 hours before lunch / dinner. For cancellations made after that time, a €30 fee per guest will be charged. No charges will be made at the time of booking.
Yes, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to allow us to accommodate other guests efficiently.
Due to service logistics, reservations for 8 or more guests must select one of the available menus; the à la carte option is not available. For parties of 12 or more, we offer dedicated group menus.
Yes. We offer set menus for groups and can tailor the experience to your preferences. We can accommodate groups of up to 70 guests. For group reservations, please contact: paguado@quiquedacosta.es.

We do not have a private dining room as such; please contact the restaurant for options.
We do not have a specific children’s menu, but there are dishes on our menu that little ones may enjoy. Feel free to check the menu.
No, unfortunately, we do not have high chairs available.
We offer the “Midday Trip” menu, available exclusively at lunch from Monday to Friday. You may also choose the “Around the World” menu, the “Not Just Food” menu, or order à la carte. You can view the Midday Trip menu here.
We don’t have on-site parking, but several nearby parking options include Parking AZA Colón, Parking Lauria, and Parking APK2 Lys.

When you are buying the gift, you’ll be asked to choose between downloading a digital voucher, picking up the physical gift box at the restaurant, or having it shipped.
No reservation is required when purchasing the gift. The recipient can book anytime using their gift code. Gifts are valid for 1 year.
Yes. Vuelve Carolina has a street-level terrace with tables outside the restaurant.
Our culinary proposal is a journey through different cuisines of the world, and many dishes include products of animal origin. However, some can be adapted by removing these ingredients. We recommend contacting us in advance at vuelvecarolina@vuelvecarolina.com to review the available options.
